I had a generally pleasant stay at this resort, enjoying friendly staff and a beautiful beach. However, I encountered a frustrating situation with a staff member's attitude and experienced issues with sargassum on the beach. The room's ocean view was fantastic, but the kitchen was poorly equipped, which was a downside. Overall, it had its pros and cons.

I had an incredible stay at the Wyndham Reef Resort. The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway, right on the beach, and the oceanfront rooms offered stunning views. The staff, especially Jasmine and Recena, were genuinely helpful and created a warm atmosphere. While the dining could use some improvement in terms of variety and pricing, the facilities were nice and well-kept. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation experience with a few minor hiccups.

Staying at the Wyndham Reef Resort was a wonderful experience for my family.
